Yes, that coil module already has the amplifier module thus it can be used directly. Just connect it to a PC with the included cable and you are good to go.

The bifilar coil can be used to activate water with the sound signal from an app or frequency generator. But you will also require an amplifier module in order to correctly change the sound signal so that it can be used by the bifilar coils.
