I really would appreciate any suggestions, I have tried to email aplicom several times but they probably don't have time to reply or don,t want to waste time with people like myself that are obviously very unknoweladegable

Seems like you got a nice selection! Basically the plates and antennas create different types/shapes/sizes of energy 'fields' with a specific movement of energy. (I suggest to google the 3d shapes its helpful to see these). Aplicum products are designed to have fun experimenting with. Put your drinking water on your plates, your jewlery, photos of loved ones, your wishes etc. Place them on your body or around your house to create harmony.
